Rydym yn annog presenoldeb llawn ac yn gyson yn Ysgol Trelyn, ond rydym yn deall y gall achlysuron godi lle mae angen absenoldeb wedi’i gynllunio.
Os byddwch yn dymuno gwneud cais am absenoldeb i’ch plentyn yn ystod y tymor, mae’n rhaid llenwi ffurflen ‘Cais am Absenoldeb’ a’i dychwelyd i’r ysgol cyn gynted â phosib.

Sylwer: Ni ellir cymeradwyo pob cais, a gall absenoldebau di-awdurdod arwain at gamau pellach gan yr awdurdod addysg.
At Ysgol Trelyn, we promote full and regular attendance, but we understand there may be occasions when planned absence is unavoidable.
If you wish to request a leave of absence for your child during term time, you must complete a ‘Leave of Absence Request’ form and return it to the school as soon as possible.
